Quality
In today's competitive electronics market, Sibex differentiates
itself in two (2) distinct ways - we have electrical
engineering professionals and highly-skilled operators
with extensive manufacturing experience, and we foster
a rigorous ISO 9001 certified quality
assurance program. From quoting to fulfillment, Quality
is a vital part of our manufacturing process, and
our education and experience drives our leadership
to champion our quality initiative.

Sibex production
lines provide real-time data to our managers and engineers,
and in turn to our customers, which allows us to monitor process
defects and immediately take corrective actions. Our defect
rates are well below industry averages. If at any time process
defects are detected, our quality inspectors have full authorization
and responsibility to halt operations until the defects have
been resolved. All Sibex line managers and operators are trained
to IPC-A-610 standards.
Quality Systems UL Registered ISO 9001:2008, ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board Certified, QA Management Certified, IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3, RoHS Compliant
